Academia, a place for true hedonists who want to indulge in exquisite food, has lived up to the expectations garnered by its longstanding excellent tradition. We have introduced vegan  and vegetarian  tasting menus, our ice cream is additive-free, the dishes are as special as their names, different, in a word - perfect.

Academia Tasting Menu - 7 Courses

Foie Gras
goose liver pate with blueberry jam, bruschetta, butter
Smoked dumplings with plums
dumplings stuffed with plums, butter and breadcrumbs dressing, cherry wood smoke
Black gnocchi with Chanterelles
homemade black potato gnocchi with squid ink, chanterelle cream
Sesame cream prawns
prawns, soy milk, lemon juice, sesame, tahini paste, carrot, dried olives
Deer in the woods
marinated venison in red wine, bread balls, pumpkin puree, deer demiglaze
Lamb with pistachio
lamb fillet wrapped in pistachio, eggplant cream, roasted vegetables
Hillside pumpkin
pumpkin mousse, white chocolate, pumpkin seeds, cotton candy

We shape food in a different, yet recognizable way, believing that love is created and remains on the palate.

All our ingredients are checked: fresh, naturally grown in local farms, and each tells its own story. You can experience that story through the poetry of taste and the melody of aromas in your favorite dish prepared with lots of love.
